Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of natiro.shop and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site.

2. The products

We sell the NATIRO electric food warming mat. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photographs are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens.

3. Safe use — please read

  • Always place food in dishes or heat-safe containers on the mat. Never place food directly on the silicone surface.
  • Always place the supplied insulated protection pad underneath the mat before use, and follow the instructions included in the box.
  • Indoor use only. Do not use the mat outdoors or in wet conditions.
  • Keep the mat out of reach of children when in use. Use the child lock.
  • Do not leave the mat running unattended for long periods. Use the timer.

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by use that does not follow the instructions supplied with the product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before tax where tax applies. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a price has been listed in error, and to refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error in the listing.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or damage from use contrary to the instructions. Nothing here limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The NATIRO name, logo, photographs and the text on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
