Nobody misses the cold-food problem.
Essential addition to any kitchen
I have several heating mats of this style and this one is the clear standout. The fact that the NATIRO comes with an insulated mat to sit between it and the counter makes it my go-to for day-to-day use in the kitchen — none of my others came with that. I love that it clearly displays LOC when the child lock is set, so little fingers can't accidentally adjust the temperature. I have not found any cold spots; it heats very evenly, which is a lifesaver for something like melting chocolate.

Ample size, with real safety features
This is a substantial warming mat — three feet long and over a foot wide — yet it rolls up and comes in a nice carrying sack, so it can be taken along to a potluck. The underside has moulded feet so it doesn't sit directly on the insulating mat, which is also supplied. The controls are very simple and intuitive, and it heats up fast. It also has a lockout option to keep children from playing with it. An exceedingly useful, versatile and safe product that I highly recommend.

Top notch warming mat
There are no negatives here, only positives. The foil underpad deflects the heat and keeps your tabletop much cooler — in my tests I had no problem using this on a wooden table. The mat also has raised bumps underneath to increase the distance from the protective pad. The smooth silicone wipes clean with a wet cloth, and the whole unit rolls up into its own storage bag. If you host a lot of parties or have a large family, this is essential for your kitchen.

I never knew I needed something like this
We do a lot of smoking — brisket, pulled pork, rotisserie chicken and, recently, pizza — and this mat has been so awesome to have because we can use it for everything. If we're having guests over, it's great for keeping food warm without having to fire up the stove or oven. It has a good temperature range and heats up slowly, which is preferred. Whatever we've thrown at it has been great.

Nice wide surface with simple controls
Wonderful for keeping food warm on the counter, especially when everything doesn't hit the table at the exact same time. The size gives a good amount of usable space, so it can hold multiple dishes, serving bowls, trays or smaller pans at once. The silicone roll-up design makes storage really easy, and the insulated mat that's included gives an added layer of protection between the warming mat and the counter.

Generous buffet coverage, precise controls
An outstanding appliance for hosting parties, holiday dinners and buffet-style gatherings. 500W of uniform heating across the spacious silicone surface accommodates multiple baking dishes, pizzas and metal pots at the same time, keeping food at the ideal serving temperature without drying it out. The timer options are useful because I don't have to leave it running longer than needed, and the child lock is a thoughtful feature in a busy kitchen where hands are reaching everywhere.

Great for parties!
This warming mat is HUGE — I put a 9x13 glass pan on it to show how much room is left. You could easily use this for a buffet-style dinner to keep it all warm. It rolls up into a convenient bag, and it even has a mat to put under it to keep your counter from getting burnt. The silicone feels thick and durable and is very easy to wipe off and clean. I used a meat thermometer to check, and it heated up in less than two minutes.

Great for heating food at events
This warming mat worked great for a recent gathering I had. It kept the food at a good temperature while people lined up to serve themselves. It is easy to set up and intuitive to use, and it looks low-key with the soft gray and low profile. The protective mat is a really nice touch if you have the warming mat over a heat-sensitive surface. All in all, a great item for cookouts, potlucks, or any other event where you are serving food.

See it in action
Roll it out. Plug it in. Serve.
Sixty seconds from a cold counter to a table that stays hot all evening.
What is inside
Built around the part everyone forgets.
Included, not extra
What others forget, we include.
Every NATIRO ships with a full-size reflective insulated pad. It sits under the mat and sends the heat up into your food instead of down into your counter.
Quartz, granite and marble
Wood and laminate
Place the pad down first and read the instructions in the box
Full-surface heat
500 watts, edge to edge.
A dense winding-wire element runs under the entire 36 × 16 inch surface. The dish in the corner stays as hot as the one in the middle, so you are not rotating plates all night.
Seven settings
From a warm plate to a simmering gravy.
104°F to 212°F, in seven steps. Low for bread, rolls and plates. High for soup, gravy and casseroles. Pick the number and leave it.
Peace of mind
Child lock. Timer. Auto shut-off.
Hold the lock button for three seconds and the panel shows LOC — hold it again to unlock. The timer runs from one to six hours, defaults to two, and puts the mat into standby on its own.
Even heat
Why the corner dish matters.
Most warming trays push heat out from a single element in the middle. The center boils, the corners go cold, and you spend the evening rotating dishes.
NATIRO BW908
Winding wire runs the full 36 × 16 inch surface, corner to corner, so every dish sits at the same temperature.
A basic mat
Sparse heating wire leaves gaps, especially at the edges — the classic hot middle and cold corners.

Chafing dishes need fuel and hide the food. The oven ties up the one appliance you still need. NATIRO does neither.

How it works
Three steps to a table that stays hot
Set it up once and the food holds its temperature while everyone goes back for seconds.
1
Lay it down
Insulated pad first, mat on top. It unrolls flat on any counter and plugs into a normal outlet.
2
Set the temperature
Seven settings from 104°F to 212°F, and a timer from one to six hours. Lock the panel if there are kids around.
3
Serve all night
Load the dishes on top — always in containers — and stop timing the meal around the oven.
After dinner: wipe the silicone with a damp cloth and mild dish soap, roll it up with the velcro strap, and store it with the cord and pad in the bag.
More than dinner
One surface, six jobs.
Seven temperature settings, from 104°F to 212°F, cover far more than the dinner table.
Six ways to use it
Warming food, thawing meat, proofing dough, melting chocolate, warming a baby bottle, holding drinks hot. Use 104–122°F for the gentle jobs and 140–212°F to hold food at serving temperature.
If it has a flat base, it works
Stainless steel pans, cast iron skillets, ceramic and glass dishes, foil trays, casserole dishes. Food always goes in a container — never directly on the silicone surface.

Before you ask
Questions, answered.
Can I put food directly on the mat?
No. Food always goes in dishes or heat-safe containers on top of the silicone. The mat holds whatever you place on it at the temperature you set.
Is it safe on my countertop?
Every NATIRO includes a full-size reflective insulated pad that goes underneath. It is made for quartz, granite, marble, wood and laminate. Place the pad down first and follow the instructions in the box before use.
There is a faint smell the first time I use it.
That is normal for a new silicone surface and clears within two to three hours. Run the mat for an afternoon when it arrives so it is gone before you host with it.
How does the child lock work?
Press and hold the lock button for three seconds. The panel shows LOC. Press and hold again for three seconds to unlock.
How long can I leave it running?
The timer runs from one to six hours with a two-hour default, and the mat goes into standby on its own when it expires.
How much food does it hold?
The 36 × 16 inch surface fits four to five full-size pans, casserole dishes or platters at the same time — around eight dishes.
How do I clean and store it?
Wipe the silicone with a damp cloth and mild dish soap, roll it up with the velcro strap, and store it with the cord and insulated pad in the included bag.
Can I use it outside?
No. NATIRO is for indoor use only. It runs at 500W on 120V / 60Hz.
