Where we ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO military addresses, and we do not ship internationally.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping — 3 to 5 business days

- Free on orders of $100 or more
Express shipping — 2 business days
- $17.95 on orders under $100
- $22.95 on orders of $100 or more
The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are sent to our fulfillment center the same business day whenever possible, and the next business day at the latest. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received the tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The cost of the second delivery is paid by you.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Product safety note
NATIRO is for indoor use only. It runs at 500W on 120V / 60Hz and is supplied with a US plug.
