Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your NATIRO warming mat. If it is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
What we accept
- The mat, the insulated protection pad, the storage bag, the velcro strap and the power cord, returned together.
- Items in resalable condition. Light use is fine — a mat that has been wiped clean and rolled back up is still returnable.
- Proof of purchase from natiro.shop.
What we cannot accept
- Items with damage caused by misuse, by placing food directly on the silicone surface, or by use without the insulated pad underneath.
- Items returned without the insulated pad or the power cord.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
How to start a return
Email kindorallclegal@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. We will reply with return instructions and the address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Return shipping
If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. For any other reason — including change of mind — the return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at your choice.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
